Custom and Personalized Orders:

Each item is made to order, and therefore considered custom.

Do you offer returns or exchanges for your items?

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items, unless damaged, or a problem on our end. In that case, please email us and we will discuss a resolution.

Sizing details

Each item is followed up with a sizing chart, and full description of the item from color, size, and material. Please be sure to read before placing your order.

Can The color or design be changed or customized?

Depending on the item, we may be able to accommodate your request PRIOR to the order. Just send us an email and we will discuss with you to see that we can get it done.

What if my item is lost or stolen in the mail?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items that occur through shipping.

What happens if my item arrives late?

Please allow 10 to 15 business days from production time (stated in description and shipping of item, as each item may vary) to receive your item. Please also note that, while the shipping date may state an estimated arrival, once the item has shipped on our end, we have no control over the postal service, customs, or delivery delays that may occur.

I gave the wrong address, how can I change it?

Please be sure to contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make changes with your address. Once the order has been placed, we will not be able to make changes, or be held responsible if you give us the wrong address.

Custom and personalized orders

Please be sure to contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make changes to your order in regards to size, color, or design. If we have not heard from you within that time, we will proceed with putting in the order as you've placed it, and will not be able to make changes.

I would like to exchange my order, how do I go about doing that?

Please contact us via Etsy email to discuss exchange options within 3 days of delivery. Please note that any and all exchanges can only be issued if the item is new, not worn, washed or damaged.
In the event that we are issuing an exchange to accommodate a request (size, personal preferences), the item(s) should be returned to us (buyer is responsible for shipping costs). The buyer should then purchase the items they wish to exchange , we will send the order as normal, once the original purchased items are received by us, (in new, unworn, undamaged, condition) we will issue a refund for the originally purchased items. This protects both buyer and seller.
